Strathmore Hotels is hiring a Head Chef to lead its kitchen team in Strathpeffer.
This role suits an experienced chef who can manage a team, maintain standards and deliver consistent, high quality food.
The role
Lead and manage the kitchen team
Oversee food preparation and service standards
Design and develop menus
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Train and support kitchen staff
Manage stock levels and control food costs
Work closely with front of house to deliver smooth service

What we are looking for
Essential
Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Extensive experience in food preparation and cooking
Good knowledge of food safety standards
Strong organisational skills
Not essential
Experience in a hotel environment
