British Wool is hiring a Warehouse and Machine Operative to support its operations in Evanton.
This role suits someone practical and reliable with warehouse experience who can work safely and efficiently in a production environment.
The role
Unload wool from vehicles
Load trucks and containers safely
Move and store wool within the warehouse
Weigh and prepare wool for processing
Operate packing machinery following training
Support production flow with the grading team
Enter data into warehouse systems
Maintain high standards of health and safety
Working pattern
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm
Friday 8am to 3.30pm
What we are looking for
Essential
Valid counterbalance FLT licence with at least 1 year experience
Minimum 6 months warehouse experience
Full clean driving licence
Good IT and data entry skills
Strong work ethic and reliability
Not essential
Experience operating machinery
