The Keppoch is hiring a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at its bar and restaurant in Culloden.
This role suits an experienced chef who can run a busy service confidently while helping shape menus, standards and kitchen operations.
The role
Lead the kitchen team during service
Manage food preparation and kitchen operations
Work closely with the owner on menu development
Maintain high standards of consistency and presentation
Support kitchen systems and stock management
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
Working pattern
Full time hours
Shift work including evenings and weekends
What we are looking for
Essential
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage a busy service confidently
Passion for quality ingredients and consistent cooking
Not essential
Experience within an independent restaurant setting
