Seasonal Fishing Ghillie

Rèasort Estates is hiring Seasonal Fishing Ghillies to support its sporting operations at Amhuinnsuidhe Castle on the Isle of Harris.
This role suits someone experienced in fly fishing who enjoys working outdoors and delivering a high standard of guest experience.

The role
Support salmon and sea trout fishing activities across the estate
Assist guests with fishing from boat and bank
Provide a professional and welcoming experience for visitors
Work across loch and river systems in remote estate locations
Support wider estate operations when required

Working pattern
Seasonal role from June to September
Outdoor work in varying conditions

What we are looking for
Essential
Full clean driving licence
Strong physical fitness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and friendly manner with guests

Not essential
Previous ghillie experience
Extensive fly fishing knowledge from boat and bank
