Role: Full Time Front of House staff
Location: Fort William, Lochaber, West Highlands
Hours: 30+ per week, immediate start available
Reports to: Duty Managers / Restaurant Manager
What the job involves
- Working across the restaurant, bar, and box office with a friendly, positive attitude
- Delivering excellent customer service and representing Highland Cinema’s welcoming atmosphere
- Keeping all work areas clean, organised, and well‑presented
- Following health, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Being flexible and willing to help wherever needed
About Highland Cinema
- Opened in 2020 as a modern two‑screen cinema in a traditional Highland‑style building
- Shows blockbusters, indie films, classics, and event cinema
- Hosts festivals, live music, and community events
- Restaurant offers Highland hospitality with coffee, baked goods, pizzas, burgers, salads, and more
What we’re looking for
- Experience in hospitality and customer‑facing roles, training will be offered to the right candidate.
- Ideally coffee and/or bar experience
- Ability to handle varied tasks in a busy environment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Over 18s preferred (for bar work)
