The Role

 We’re looking for a Sales Executive to grow our station network across the North of Scotland. You’ll be the face of MOT Pal to garage owners and MOT station operators, showing them exactly why joining our platform is the smartest move they can make for their business. 

 This isn’t a cold-calling grind — our data and outreach tools mean you’ll be speaking to station owners who already know MOT Pal exists. 

 Your job is to convert interest into signed-up, active partners. 

 

What You’ll Do 

 Prospect & Close: Reach out to MOT stations across your assigned region, build rapport, and guide them through our simple claim-and-activate process.

 Demo the Platform: Run short, impactful demos showing station owners how MOT Pal fills their empty ramps.

 Hit Targets: Work towards monthly sign-up and activation targets — with commission on every station that goes live.

 Build Relationships: Become the trusted point of contact for station owners in your patch.

 Feed the Team: Share insights from the field — what’s working, what stations want, what competitors are doing.

 

Who You Are 

 Hunter mentality — you love the chase, but you’re consultative, not pushy.

 Comfortable with tech — you can demo a web platform and explain how online bookings work.

 Self-starter — you’ll manage your own pipeline and calendar.

 Great on the phone and in person — station owners are busy, practical people. You need to earn their trust fast.

 Target-driven — you want to see your name at the top of the leaderboard.

 Knowledge of the automotive/garage sector is a bonus — but not essential if you’re willing to learn.
