Greene King is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to join the team at Auctioneers in Inverness.
This is a hands on kitchen role for someone who can produce good food while helping organise, support and lead the team through busy services.
The Role
Prepare, cook and present food to the required standards.
Help organise and coordinate the kitchen team during service.
Support colleagues and help the team work effectively together.
Maintain high standards of food presentation.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow safety regulations.
Help ensure allergen controls are understood and followed.
Deputise for the management team when required.
Resolve issues that arise in the absence of management.
Lead by example and help ensure every dish leaves the kitchen at the required standard.

Full time.
Permanent.
Based at Auctioneers in Inverness.

Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good standards of food preparation and presentation.
Ability to help organise and support colleagues during service.
Ability to think on your feet and adapt when problems arise.
Sufficient spoken and written English to work safely and understand allergen controls.
