McDonald’s is looking for a Maintenance Person to join its team in Inverness.
This role will suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining high standards and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a busy team.
The Role
Maintaining the restaurant building and equipment.
Looking after outside landscaping areas.
Painting and varnishing where required.
Maintaining parking facilities.
Carrying out small non electrical repairs and maintenance tasks.
Supporting the organisation, acceptance and rotation of stock.
Working with external contractors to coordinate repairs.
Helping maintain high standards of cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant.
Supporting the management team in keeping the restaurant operating efficiently.
Ensuring work is completed safely and with minimal disruption to customers.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Ability to work weekdays and weekends.
Availability for early morning and afternoon shifts.
Good organisational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Positive attitude and high standards of cleanliness.
Confidence working with contractors and colleagues.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Not Essential
Previous maintenance experience.
Experience within hospitality or retail environments.
