Mitchells & Butlers is looking for a Shift Supervisor to join the team at The Fluke in Inverness.
This role would suit someone who enjoys great customer service, leading a team and creating a welcoming atmosphere in a busy community pub.
The Role
Help with the day to day running of The Fluke.
Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service.
Serve guests and help create a positive experience.
Lead the team during shifts.
Act as a role model for other team members.
Help train and develop members of the team.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Maintain appropriate safety standards throughout the pub.
Working Pattern
Full time position.
Flexible shifts are available.
