Skibo Castle is hiring a Night Operations Assistant to support the running of the estate overnight.
This role suits someone reliable and calm who can take responsibility, work independently and maintain high standards of service and safety during night hours.
The role
Act as the main point of contact for guests and staff overnight.
Manage front of house and switchboard duties.
Respond to enquiries and resolve issues calmly.
Carry out regular patrols to ensure safety and security.
Monitor arrivals, departures and activity across the estate.
Support overnight operations across departments.
Complete reports, logs and handovers for daytime teams.
Working pattern
Night shifts typically 9pm to 7am or 9.30pm to 7.30am.
7 days on, 7 days off rotation.
What we are looking for
Confident working independently during night shifts.
Professional and discreet approach.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable with good attention to detail.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Previous experience in hospitality or front of house desirable but not essential.
