Dornoch Castle Hotel is looking for a Night Porter to join its team in the heart of Dornoch.
This role will suit someone who is reliable, trustworthy and enjoys helping guests while ensuring the hotel runs smoothly overnight.
The Role
Welcome and assist late arriving guests.
Provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment throughout the night.
Carry out routine checks around the hotel.
Support guests with any overnight enquiries or requests.
Help maintain the presentation and cleanliness of public areas.
Assist with preparing the hotel for the following day.
Work independently while remaining part of a supportive team.
Represent the hotel professionally at all times.
What We Are Looking For
Essential

Ability to work independently.
Commitment to delivering excellent hospitality.
Not Essential
Previous hotel or hospitality experience.
Previous night shift experience.
Full training will be provided.
