Parklands Care Homes is looking for a Pantry Assistant to join the team at Eilean Dubh Care Home in Fortrose.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy kitchen environment, takes pride in helping others and wants to be part of a caring and supportive team.
The Role
Prepare and serve breakfasts and light meals.
Offer meal choices to residents.
Support cooks with residents’ dietary requirements.
Maintain the Cook Safe system and food safety records.
Monitor food temperatures and hygiene standards.
Prepare vegetables and assist with meal preparation.
Clear tables and wash dishes.
Maintain a clean kitchen and dining area.
Order and store food supplies.
Attend mandatory training sessions.
Working Pattern
Part time.
30 hours per week.
Permanent position.
Day shifts on a rotational basis, including weekends.

Not Essential
Previous kitchen or food service experience would be beneficial.
Training will be provided.
