Delilah’s Restaurant & Bar is recruiting a Part Time Bookkeeping and Office Assistant to support the day to day administration and finance side of the business in Lochinver.
This role would suit someone organised, proactive and comfortable working independently while helping keep a busy hospitality business running smoothly behind the scenes.
The role
Managing emails, bookings and general office administration
Recording and organising staff paperwork
Sales and purchase ledger management
Monthly bank reconciliations
Payroll preparation
Cash handling and office organisation
Communicating with suppliers, customers and the wider team
What we are looking for
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good IT and communication skills
Previous bookkeeping or office experience
Experience with Xero or similar software desirable but not essential
Reliable and proactive approach
