Ness Walk Hotel is looking for a Part Time Night Porter to join its team in Inverness.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering excellent guest service and is looking to build a career within a luxury hotel environment.
The Role
Providing overnight support for guests and the hotel team.
Welcoming late arrivals and assisting with guest enquiries.
Carrying out security and safety checks.
Supporting the smooth operation of the hotel during night shifts.
Assisting with guest luggage when required.
Preparing public areas for the following day.
Maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the hotel.
Responding professionally to guest requests and issues.
Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Full UK driving licence.
Must be aged 25 or over for vehicle insurance purposes.
Good communication skills.
Reliable and professional approach.
Ability to work independently.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Not Essential
Previous hotel experience.
Previous night porter experience.
