Scottish Sea Farms is looking for Processing Operatives to join its team at the South Shian Processing Facility near Oban.
This role will suit reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and are looking for an opportunity within one of Scotland’s leading aquaculture businesses.
The Role
Process and prepare salmon products for dispatch to customers.
Operate processing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Clean and prepare fish in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
Grade products to ensure customer specifications are met.
Pack finished products accurately and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of product quality throughout production.
Follow hygiene, food safety, health and safety and environmental procedures at all times.
Support the smooth running of the processing facility.

Not Essential
Previous food processing experience.
Previous manufacturing experience.
Aquaculture experience.
Full training will be provided where required.
