Stagecoach is looking for qualified Bus Drivers to join its team at the Kirkwall depot in Orkney.
This is a permanent opportunity for experienced PCV licence holders, with a £2,000 joining bonus, ongoing training and the chance to build a long term career with one of the UK’s largest bus operators.
The Role
Drive Stagecoach services safely and confidently across Orkney.
Provide a friendly and welcoming service to passengers.
Help customers with questions and information during their journeys.
Ensure passengers feel safe and supported.
Work a flexible shift pattern covering five days from seven.
Work early mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
Become part of the team of around 50 drivers based at the Kirkwall depot.
What We Are Looking For
You must be at least 18 years old.
Current PCV licence.
Right to work in the UK.
Safe, patient and courteous approach to driving.
Friendly and positive attitude.
Strong commitment to customer service.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
What Is On Offer
£14.60 per hour.
£16.50 per hour for hours worked over 42.
OTE of around £31,400 based on a 43 hour working week.
£2,000 joining bonus for PCV licence holders.
