Hawco Group Volkswagen is looking for a Sales Executive to join its team in Elgin.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships and helping people find the right vehicle to meet their needs.
The Role
Helping customers purchase new and used vehicles.
Building strong relationships throughout the buying process.
Providing excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Explaining vehicle features and benefits clearly and professionally.
Offering finance, insurance and accessory products where appropriate.
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
Completing sales paperwork accurately and on time.
Working towards sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
A professional and positive attitude.
Good organisational skills.
The ability to work towards targets and objectives.
Not Essential
Previous motor trade experience.
Previous vehicle sales experience.
Experience selling finance or insurance products.
What Is On Offer
Basic salary of £26,775.
Realistic on target earnings of up to £55,000 with uncapped earning potential.
