Parkdean Resorts is looking for a Security Officer to join the team at Grannie’s Heilan’ Hame in Embo near Dornoch.
This seasonal role would suit someone with an SIA licence who can combine security responsibilities with good customer service in a busy holiday park environment.
The Role
Maintain a visible and proactive security presence.
Help provide a safe environment for guests, colleagues and visitors.
Ensure park licensing conditions are upheld.
Monitor situations and deal with potential problems.
Respond appropriately to incidents.
Maintain detailed and accurate security logs.
Complete accident and incident reports.
Support the Security Manager and wider park team.
What We Are Looking For
Someone confident dealing with people who can remain effective in a busy and high pressure environment.
You should communicate well, provide good customer service and be capable of resolving conflict appropriately.
Current SIA licence, minimum Door Supervision.
Full clean UK manual driving licence.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage conflict effectively.
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
