Morrisons is looking for a Trading Manager to join its store on Milburn Road in Inverness.
This role would suit an experienced team leader or manager from retail, hospitality, leisure or travel who enjoys leading people and keeping a busy operation running smoothly.
The Role
Lead the team to deliver a high standard of customer service.
Manage store trading routines.
Ensure shelves are stocked and products are available.
Plan and deliver promotional activity.
Manage shift rotas and attendance.
Train and develop colleagues.
Plan resources and daily team routines.
Work closely with other store departments.
Monitor operational and sales targets.
Maintain safety, stock availability and operational standards.
Step up as Manager in Charge when required.
Working Pattern
Full time.
40 hours per week.
Five days over seven.
Working hours fall between 6am and 10pm.

You should be confident running shifts, managing daily priorities and bringing out the best in colleagues.
