Parkdean Resorts is looking for a Security Officer to join the team at Grannie’s Heilan’ Hame Holiday Park in Embo.
This role is ideal for someone with an SIA licence who enjoys helping people, maintaining a safe environment and delivering excellent customer service in a busy holiday park.
The Role
Maintain a visible security presence across the holiday park.
Help create a safe and welcoming environment for guests, visitors and colleagues.
Monitor situations and deal with potential issues.
Respond to incidents and provide appropriate support.
Maintain accurate security, accident and incident records.
Work closely with the Security Manager and wider park team.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
A current SIA Door Supervision licence.
A full clean UK manual driving licence.
Excellent customer service skills.
Confidence to communicate effectively and resolve conflict.
The ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
Not Essential
