Nightingale Home Support
Nightingale Home Support is looking for Senior Support Workers and Support Workers to provide care and support to people in Elgin and Forres.
The roles would suit people who care about delivering a good standard of support and are willing to learn, with training and opportunities to gain recognised care qualifications provided.
The Role
Provide care and support to people within their own communities.
Treat service users with dignity and respect.
Work as part of the Nightingale Home Support team.
Deliver care in accordance with the organisation’s standards.
Travel between care visits as required.
Working Pattern
Working hours are based on a fixed schedule.
Employees are paid per visit.
Travel time between visits is paid.
Mileage is paid at 45p per mile.

Essential
Commitment to providing good quality care.
Respect for service users.
Willingness to learn.
Ability to meet the requirements for SSSC registration.
Ability to meet the required Disclosure checks.
Not Essential
An existing SVQ qualification is not stated as essential.
Introductory training is provided before starting care duties.
New employees initially learn the theoretical aspects of Care at Home before shadowing experienced members of staff.
