Kessock Equine Vets
Kessock Equine Vets is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist / Stable Assistant to join its equine practice at Drumsmittal, near Inverness.
This part time role would suit someone who is organised, good with people and comfortable combining reception and customer service with practical horse handling and stable duties.
The Role
Be a first point of contact for clients.
Provide reception and administrative support.
Manage appointments and client communications.
Handle telephone calls and enquiries professionally.
Work with clinical and non clinical colleagues to support the smooth running of the practice.
Provide a welcoming and professional service to clients.
Assist with horse handling.
Assist with stable management.
Working Pattern
Minimum 8.5 hours per week.
Additional hours are available to provide holiday and sickness cover when required.
Part time.
