Alistair Young Engineering Ltd is looking for a Service Engineer to join its Service Department.
This role will suit an experienced Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently and being part of a skilled engineering team.
The Role
Carry out servicing and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Provide technical support to the Service Department.
Support the Parts Department when required.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Work independently and as part of the wider engineering team.
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday.
8:00am to 5:00pm.
Weekend work on a rota basis.
Temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Previous experience as a Service Technician or Service Engineer.
Ability to work independently.
Strong problem solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Not Essential
Training can be provided where appropriate.
