Macali Group is looking for a Shop Manager to join its team in Fort William.
This role will suit someone who enjoys leading people, delivering excellent customer service and helping launch an exciting new retail destination.
The Role
Lead the day to day running of the shop.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Support, motivate and develop the retail team.
Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards.
Manage stock levels and displays.
Monitor sales performance and help drive business growth.
Ensure the shop operates efficiently and safely.
Help create a welcoming shopping experience for both locals and visitors.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to organise and motivate a team.
Good commercial awareness.
Not Essential
Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment would be beneficial.
Training can be provided where appropriate.
