Co-op is looking for a Store Manager to lead its food store in Mallaig, Lochaber.
The role would suit an experienced team leader or manager who enjoys working with people, delivering good customer service and taking responsibility for store performance.
The Role
Lead, coach and develop the store team.
Create a positive and inclusive working environment.
Take responsibility for day to day store performance.
Use commercial information to improve sales and results.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Ensure the store operates safely and legally.
Oversee recruitment and staff development.
Manage HR processes and people management decisions.
Support colleagues in delivering a positive shopping experience.
Help grow Co-op membership and services.
Build relationships within the local community.
Support local causes and community initiatives.
Working Pattern
Full time, 39 hours per week.
Permanent position.
Applicants must live within commuting distance of Mallaig.

£34,840 to £38,480 per annum.
