Morrisons is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead its Fort William store.
This role suits an established food retail manager who can lead people, improve performance and keep customers at the centre of the operation.
The Role
Lead the day to day performance and profitability of the store.
Develop and implement improvements to the way the store operates.
Listen and respond to feedback from customers and colleagues.
Build a strong team through coaching, development and succession planning.
Work with head office teams to maintain strong product availability.
Build relationships with the local community and promote the store locally.

Experience managing a store within food retail.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
The ability to set clear objectives and bring a team together around shared goals.
The ability to resolve challenges and build trust across the store.
A willingness to listen to different views and encourage collaboration.
