SSE is looking for an Asset Information & System Data Specialist to support its asset management systems, with Inverness available as a base location.
This role suits someone with strong IBM Maximo experience who understands asset information, system data and the importance of maintaining accurate information within a regulated environment.
The Role
Support planned maintenance within IBM Maximo and the continued development of the asset register.
Carry out data entry, manipulation, mapping and validation.
Prepare data load files and maintain data quality throughout projects and operational activity.
Work with project teams to deliver key milestones on time and to the required standards.
Monitor vendor and supplier data and provide reporting on performance and emerging trends.
Working Pattern
Full time.
12 month fixed term contract.
Flexible First working options are available.
The home base can be an SSEN office or depot in Scotland, including Inverness.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in an asset information, system data or asset management systems role.
Strong operational knowledge of IBM Maximo.
Experience of extracting, transforming and loading data within IBM Maximo and other systems.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders.
An understanding of the importance of accurate data within a regulated environment.
What Is On Offer
Salary of £37,075 to £43,063.
