Hawco Group is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join its Volkswagen team in Elgin.
With a £26,775 basic salary, realistic earnings of up to £55,000, uncapped earning potential and a company car, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious salesperson to build a career with one of the Highlands’ best established family owned motor groups.
The role is about more than simply selling cars. The successful candidate will help customers find the right vehicle while building strong relationships and delivering an excellent experience throughout the buying process.
The Role
Help customers choose new and used vehicles.
Meet and exceed sales objectives.
Build strong relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process.
Identify individual customer requirements.
Explain suitable vehicle features and benefits.
Offer appropriate finance, insurance and accessory products.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
What We Are Looking For
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiating and closing skills.
Warm, genuine and engaging personality.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional approach and presentation.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Full and valid UK driving licence.
What Is On Offer
