Greene King is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team at The Auctioneers in Inverness.
Offering a salary of £32,000 to £34,000 plus bonus, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their management career.
Working alongside the General Manager, the successful candidate will help lead the day to day operation of a busy pub while ensuring customers receive a consistently excellent experience.
The Role
Support the General Manager with the day to day running of the business.
Lead the pub in the General Manager’s absence.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Support the training and development of team members.
Maintain high brand and service standards.
Ensure customer and team safety at all times.
Help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers.
