Wellbeing Coordinator

Parklands Care Homes is recruiting Wellbeing Coordinators to join the team at Lynemore Care Home in Grantown on Spey.

This rewarding role focuses on supporting residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing while helping create a positive and engaging environment within the care home.

The successful candidate will help residents stay active, connected and involved in meaningful activities while supporting their independence and quality of life.

Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship and applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

The role
Support residents’ wellbeing and quality of life through activities and engagement
Organise and assist with recreational, social and physical activities
Support residents individually and in group settings
Maintain records and contribute to care planning
Promote mobility, independence and safe moving and handling practices
Support residents during meals, appointments and daily activities
Work closely with families, visitors and healthcare professionals
Contribute to a positive and supportive care environment

What we are looking for
Friendly and compassionate approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt within a care environment
Ability to support residents with dignity and respect
Positive attitude and caring nature
Previous care or wellbeing experience helpful but not essential
