KFC is looking for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join its team in Inverness.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team leader or hospitality manager ready to take on more responsibility and develop their career with one of the world’s best known restaurant brands.
Working as part of the restaurant leadership team, the successful candidate will help manage the day to day operation, lead and develop the team and ensure customers receive a consistently great experience.
The Role
Support the day to day running of the restaurant.
Help lead, train, coach and motivate the team.
Support the restaurant in achieving its performance targets and KPIs.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Help manage rotas, stock and restaurant administration.
Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently, safely and in line with required standards.
Support the development of a strong and motivated team.
Lead by example during busy shifts.

Previous experience helping to manage a team.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and develop others.
Confident dealing with challenging situations.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to maintain high operational, cleanliness and compliance standards.
