Loch Duart is looking for Chilled Processing Operatives to join its team in Dingwall.
This role will suit someone who enjoys practical work, wants reliable hours and is looking to build a career within Scotland’s seafood industry.
The Role
Handle and process salmon in a chilled environment.
Work with large volumes of seafood products.
Carry out manual handling duties.
Maintain high standards of quality and food safety.
Work efficiently as part of a production team.
Follow company procedures and hygiene standards.
Support colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.
Working Pattern
Full time position.
35 to 40 hours guaranteed each week.
Monday to Friday.
Overtime available after 40 hours.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Reliable and punctual.
Comfortable working in a chilled environment.
Able to undertake manual handling duties.
Good attention to detail.
Positive attitude towards team working.
Willingness to learn.
Not Essential
Previous food production experience.
Seafood processing experience.
Manufacturing experience.
Full training will be provided.
What Is On Offer
£14.02 per hour.
Rising to £14.52 per hour after 12 weeks subject to performance.
Overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate after 40 hours.
Subsidised transport available from Inverness, Alness and Invergordon.
30 days holiday after 12 weeks.
Temporary to permanent opportunities.
