A private estate is looking for an Estate Maintenance Operative to join its team on the Isle of Mull.
This role will suit someone who enjoys practical work, solving problems and working in a beautiful rural environment where no two days are the same.
The Role
Carry out general property repairs.
Undertake basic joinery and carpentry work.
Complete basic plumbing tasks.
Carry out basic electrical repairs.
Operate estate machinery including tractors, ATVs and mowers.
Carry out painting and decorating.
Help maintain estate buildings and grounds.
Work safely and independently across a variety of maintenance tasks.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Experience in maintenance or trade based work.
Ability to work independently.
Good practical problem solving skills.
Health and safety awareness.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Positive and reliable approach to work.
Not Essential
Experience operating estate machinery would be beneficial.
Training can be provided where appropriate.
