Heart of Glencoe Holidays
Heart of Glencoe Holidays is looking for a Seasonal Holiday Park Site Manager to join its team in Glencoe.
This role will suit someone practical, organised and reliable who enjoys hospitality, guest interaction and helping keep a small holiday park running smoothly.
The Role
Clean and prepare accommodation between guests.
Manage laundry and ironing.
Answer guest enquiries by phone and email.
Support the booking system.
Welcome guests and share local knowledge.
Carry out basic maintenance tasks where possible.
Maintain high standards across the site.
Assist with grounds maintenance if required.
Manage on call duties during working days.
Support the day to day running of the holiday park.
Working Pattern
Seasonal role until the end of October 2026.
Five consecutive days per week.
Weekend working required.
Two weekday days off.
Minimum five hours work per day guaranteed.
Typically seven to eight hours per day during busy periods.
On call duties on three working days each week.
Start date as soon as possible.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Reliable and able to work independently.
Good communication skills.
Able to use initiative and solve problems.
High standards of housekeeping.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in a small team.
Not Essential
Previous housekeeping experience.
Holiday park experience.
Basic maintenance skills.
Grounds maintenance experience.
Training can be provided.
What Is On Offer
£13.50 per hour.
Optional accommodation available on site.
End of season bonus.
