Edinburgh Woollen Mill is looking for a Store Manager to join its team in Portree.
This role will suit someone with retail management experience who enjoys leading a team, delivering excellent customer service and driving store performance.
The Role
Lead and motivate the store team.
Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers.
Manage the day to day operation of the store.
Support colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Maintain high standards of merchandising and presentation.
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coach and develop team members.
Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Maintain a safe, organised and welcoming retail environment.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good organisational abilities.
Commercial awareness.
The ability to motivate and develop a team.
Not Essential
Experience within fashion or gift retail.
Visual merchandising experience.
