The National Trust for Scotland is looking for Visitor Services Assistants to join its team at the Glencoe Visitor Centre and National Nature Reserve.
This is a varied customer facing role where you will help welcome visitors from around the world while supporting one of Scotland’s most iconic landscapes.
The Role
Welcome visitors arriving at the Glencoe Visitor Centre and National Nature Reserve.
Provide friendly, informative and engaging customer service.
Help visitors make the most of their visit by sharing local knowledge and stories.
Work across a variety of visitor areas including the shop, information hub, exhibition spaces, turf house and Highland Coo Café.
Assist individual visitors and organised tour groups.
Support retail and catering operations.
Operate tills and process sales accurately.
Promote National Trust for Scotland memberships, products and services.
Assist with events and visitor activities.
Maintain high standards of presentation throughout visitor facilities.
Support health and safety procedures across the site.

Previous customer service experience.
Retail experience.
Hospitality experience.
Tourism experience.
Full training will be provided.
What Is On Offer
£14.12 per hour.
Full time and part time opportunities available.
Fixed term seasonal contracts.
Potential accommodation available to rent, subject to availability.
Possibility of winter contracts following a selection process.
